# Privacy policy

## 1. Controller

The contact form can collect name, company, email address and a description of your request. In production the recipient will be [calendar/CRM provider].

## 5. Calculator and leads

The calculator processes spending figures. An email address for sending a PDF or follow-up information may only be stored after a clear description of the purpose and your consent.

First-party tracking: [provider, purpose, cookies/local storage, legal basis, retention period]. Tracking is disabled in the current main project.

With your consent, the following named events are recorded: page view, steps in the calculator and its result, the step to the booking overview, clicks on “Next step” at the end of a knowledge article, and use of the video.
