How it works#
Implementations vary widely: a full buffet, a set selection from the menu, a fixed food credit, or points instead of food. In properties with a club lounge, chains often point to the lounge rather than the restaurant. At franchised hotels and in certain countries the benefit is reduced or excluded, which the programme terms state before booking.
Not to be confused with#
The elite breakfast benefit is not the same as a rate including breakfast: the rate owes breakfast contractually, the status benefit grants it under programme rules.
